Adventure Tips

Dress in layers

San Diego’s coastal weather can shift, so come prepared with light layers to stay comfortable on the water.

Bring sunscreen and sunglasses

The sun reflects off the water, making sun protection vital even on cloudy days.

Arrive early to avoid parking stress

Boat docks can get busy, especially on weekends; plan extra time for parking near the harbor.

Motion sickness prevention

If prone to seasickness, take preventive medication before boarding for a comfortable sail.
