Ocean Encounters Kealakekua Bay Strap on your snorkel gear and get ready to jump into the warm waters for the swim of a lifetime. Departing from Honokohau Harbor, join us for this 4 hour morning reef snorkel while we motor down the beautiful Kona Coast to Kealakekua Bay, one of Hawaii’s most renowned marine sanctuaries. Kealakekua Bay is a protected bay, widely regarded as some of the best snorkeling in Hawaii!! Keep your eyes open for spinner dolphins known to use this famous bay as their resting grounds. This Bay is home to the historical Captain Cook Monument and known for its vibrant coral reefs and abundant sea life with 100's of species of tropical fish.

Included in your experience are snorkel gear, swimming noodles, assorted dry snacks and chilled bottled water. To fully enjoy your adventure, bring a towel, reef safe sunblock, dry clothes, and a camera. You must know how to swim to participate..

Location may change due to weather and sea conditions.

Please remember to use your “Reef Safe Sun Block”, it is a Hawaii State Law.
