1 Month
For 1 month, you will get 5 full days per week for 4 weeks. You will get up to 4 sets per day. Each set on the water will include instruction at a safe pace to increase your skill level. I will teach any and all disciplines you would like improvement in. Sets vary in length depending on the discipline, but an average set is 20-30 minutes of water time. You will do 2 sets before lunch and 2 after. In between your sets, you will benefit from watching other students learn their disciplines.
Water sports under the Florida sun demand regular hydration—bring a water bottle and sip throughout the day.
Getting to sets early lets you warm up and review safety protocols with instructors before hitting the water.
Use waterproof sunscreen and wear UV-protective gear during sessions to avoid sunburn during long lake days.
