You step out of the shade and the Atlantic throws itself at the shoreline — warm, flat waves lapping a narrow crescent of pale sand. The session begins at the beachfront Starbucks on Gloucester Avenue, then moves across the road into the familiar curve of Doctor's Cave Beach where coral rock frames the horizon and the city hum is a distant companion.
