You step off the air-conditioned vehicle into humid, green air and the soundscape changes—water drumming on limestone, birds calling from the canopy, and the faint metallic chirp of insects. The day moves like a playlist of Jamaica’s water worlds: a mineral-blue swimming hole with rope swings and cave pockets, a shaded trail to a pulsing cascade called Secret Falls, a lazy bamboo-raft glide through palm-fringed river bends, and finally the Luminous Lagoon where the water itself lights up when you disturb it.
