Palm Jumeirah was constructed using reclaimed sand and rock in the early 2000s as part of Dubai’s dramatic coastal expansion, reshaping natural tidal flats into a man‑made island.
Coastal construction altered local habitats; visitors can reduce impact by staying on designated paths, avoiding disturbance of wetland areas, and choosing responsible tour operators.
Daytur Dubai operates guided outdoor trips and adventures with an emphasis on safety, stewardship, and memorable experiences.
