Mini Ramp 2-Hour Session in San Juan — 40-Foot Skate Ramp

Mini Ramp 2-Hour Session. Event 6,7, 8 DIC takes place at Calle San Agustín 301 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and centers on a 40-foot mini ramp designed for skateboards, inline skates, and scooters. The structure is 40 feet wide, six feet high, with a four-foot flat section that smooths transitions and makes the ramp versatile for learners and advanced riders alike. Two-hour time slots keep sessions focused and limit participants to twenty, so everyone gets multiple runs and coaching moments without long waits. This is a bring-your-own-gear event: helmets, knee, elbow, and wrist pads, plus your skateboard, skates, or scooter are required for participation; no rentals are available. The session is recommended for ages twelve and up, giving teens and adults a predictable, safe environment to practice transitions and build stamina. Arrive at your dedicated time slot and complete the online waiver before coming; check-in instructions list Calle San Agustín 301 as the meeting point. The mini ramp’s compact footprint makes it ideal for focused skill work—pump and carve drills, stall practice, drop-ins, and linking tricks across the transition. Because sessions cap at twenty riders, coaches and experienced peers often circulate tips on lines, foot positioning, and safe falling techniques—practical learning that accelerates progress. Bring water, a towel, and a plan for warming up—light stretches and a few minutes of flat-ground riding before entering the ramp will reduce injury risk. Photographers and action videographers find the low profile useful for dynamic angles—shoot near the coping for close-up trick detail or position yourself at mid-ramp for flowing lines. San Juan’s skate scene is energetic and visible across neighborhoods, and this mini ramp contributes to that local fabric by offering a reliable, weather-tolerant training surface. To get the most from a session, arrive early, have safety gear ready, pace your runs, and treat other riders with respect in shared lines. Bookings are nonrefundable once confirmed, so double-check your schedule before reserving a slot for the two-hour session. Because the ramp suits multiple wheel types—skateboards, inline skates, and scooters—it becomes a cross-discipline training ground where techniques translate between sports and riders pick up unexpected skills. For families with teens, the age-12 minimum frames sessions as constructive recreation rather than unsupervised street skating, and the organized slot system helps parents plan around other activities. If you’re new, focus on consistency—work on small lines, make deliberate run choices, and take short breaks to analyze technique; progression on a mini ramp is measured in repetition, not spectacle. Reserve through the booking link and complete the waiver beforehand to maximize riding time; the facilitator recommends arriving a few minutes early to gear up and warm up properly. Respect others; leave the ramp cleaner than found, please.
