Adventure tips

Flight tracking is essentialProvide your airline and flight number so the driver can adjust for delays and reduce wait-time stress.

Mind peak trafficAvoid scheduling tight connections during morning (7–9am) and evening (4–7pm) rush hours when travel time can double.

Pack to the allowanceThe standard allowance is one suitcase and one carry-on per passenger—contact the operator in advance if you travel with extra luggage.

Confirm pickup detailsCheck the terminal, arrivals curb, and the name on the driver’s sign before you exit security to ensure a smooth meet-and-greet.

Recommended gear

Phone with charger: Keeps you reachable for driver coordination and lets you share arrival updates.
Light jacket or windbreaker: Useful for spring arrivals when Lake Michigan wind can be sharp, especially at curbside.
Carry-on luggage with wheels: Wheeled carry-ons speed loading and unloading during a private transfer.
Face mask (optional): Optional for close quarters in colder months or during peak travel times.
