About

"Mi Dulce Vida" is a Catalina 38 equipped with a fixed keel drafting 4 feet 11 inches, and is excellently suited for navigating the Apostle Islands. The shallower draft permits closer access to the archipelago's more secluded areas, making it ideal for exploratory sailing. Interior Layout: The yacht features an intelligently designed interior that balances comfort with functionality. It includes: two full length settee berths and a quarter berth, and is comfortable for a couple or a family of 4 looking to explore the near Apostles. For those wishing to anchor out, there are bays around Madeline Island. The bays at Stockton are reachable for sailors who are more experienced. Main Cabin: One V-berth providing private and cozy sleeping quarters. Additional Sleeping Areas: One double quarter berth and a convertible saloon table that turns into a double berth, alongside an extra berth on the starboard side. Recommended Capacity: Ideally accommodates up to four adults and two small children, ensuring everyone onboard enjoys ample space and comfort. Galley and Amenities: The galley is well-equipped for long stays on the water, featuring a stove, oven, and refrigerator, essential for preparing meals during extended trips. A well-positioned navigation station complements the living space, ensuring functionality and ease of use during voyages. Ideal Use: Mi Dulce Vida offers a perfect blend of robust sailing capabilities and comfortable living spaces, making it a superior choice for family adventures or small group excursions through the stunning waters of the Apostle Islands. The thoughtful arrangement of living and sleeping spaces allows for a relaxing and enjoyable sailing experience, catering effectively to both leisure and adventure.

This is a great boat to expand your sailing skills, with the capacity to enjoy sailing to an anchorage. While in the slip at Pikes Bay, you will have full access to the Club House, offering individual bathrooms with showers, a full kitchen and barbeques.
