Treat your palate to some of the best flavors of Mexico in our afternoon cooking class with authentic tacos, beans, salsas, and drinks. One of the classic choices for tacos here in Mexico is tacos Al Pastor. Take a slice of authentic Mexican culinary back to your hometown and impress your friends and family. We will show you how to shop for and make the famous Al Pastor tacos in the form of “Trompitos” like the are prepared by the street vendors with the meat on a spit. Become our guests as the preparation process will all be done in our family kitchen at our local home here in Cozumel. As a grand finale we will sit at our dinner table and enjoy the fruits of our labor. Provecho!!
