What you’ll do:

  • Get stuck in creating the star of the show by marinating your chicken thighs in fragrant spices, before charring and poaching them in a rich, smoky chipotle sauce.
  • Smash up a much-loved creamy guacamole.
  • Sharpen your knife skills by rustling up a super-fresh pico de gallo – one of Mexico’s most iconic salsas.
  • Dry-fry corn until it pops, then transform it into our chef’s favourite salsa.
  • Master the art of working with masa harina dough, then transform it into handmade tortillas using an authentic taco press.
  • Load up your tortillas with your smoked chipotle chicken and salsas, then finish with a dollop of soured cream, plenty of fresh herbs and a kiss of fresh lime.
  • Take a seat at our chef’s table and tuck into your Mexican street-food feast.
