Real Immersive Food Experience

“Real Immersive Food Experience” - Tod L.

This is a unique culinary experience. If you like to experience the authentic, we advise you to join us on this gastronomic walking tour through Mérida’s city center.

Our tour starts meeting at Plaza Grande, one of the most iconic places in Mérida. From here we start our way by getting some traditional refreshing drinks and get our first dish of the day, gorditas. We continue to get some poc chuc and visiting one of the main food markets in town (really authentic and local place). We’ll have salbutes, tamales and also try some local fruit. We finish our way trying pastor and carnitas.

A unique and completely incomparable experience with a knowledgeable guide that accompanies you in this three-hour tour around Merida, typically away from common tourist hot-spots. If you have an adventurous spirit and want to taste the authentic flavors of Mexico and meet its people, this is the tour for you.

With small group tours of no more than ten departing from Monday through Saturday, you’ll receive a highly immersive, generous and friendly experience. Perfect for couples, groups of friends, and families – we even take private tours upon request!
