Tour description

Get a taste of Christmas magic in summer and autumn with our festive family tour! Meet Santa’s cheerful reindeer and get up close to feed and interact with them. Inside the happy little hut, team up with Santa’s jolly elves for a fun-filled gingerbread cookie baking session, crafting delicious holiday treats together. The tour’s highlight is a personal visit with Santa himself—an ideal opportunity to snap some memorable photos and share a special moment with the man in red. There’s never been a better time to let Santa know how nice you’ve been!

Please note

We kindly ask all our guests to treat the animals with respect. Always approach slowly, avoiding sudden movements that might startle the animals. While our reindeer are accustomed to humans and are friendly, maintaining a peaceful composure will ensure the best experience.

Please be aware that we cannot permit any external snacks to be brought for the reindeer.

How do I get to the activity?

If you stay at Apukka Resort:

• Arrive at the meeting point 10 min. before the start of the activity.

If you need transportation:

• The price of the activity includes transfers to and from Apukka Resort with our shuttle bus.
• The bus stops are located at Rovaniemi city center (Korkalonkatu 36, Rovaniemi) and Santa Claus Village’s bus stop, situated by the main road (Road E75).
• Choose the pick-up point during the booking process.
• You will receive an email with the pick-up details.
• Please be at the bus stop at least 10 minutes before the given departure time.
• The transfer won’t wait, so punctuality is essential!
• If you’re late for the transfer, the tour won’t be refunded.

If you arrive by car:

• You can park your car in Apukka’s parking lot (Tutkijantie 28, Rovaniemi).
• Arrive at least 20 min before the activity starts.
• Wait at the meeting point until the tour begins.
