  • Meet and feed our lovely alpacas up close
  • Learn all about the herd right here on the farm at Goats To Go
  • This event is rain or shine and inside the barn if needed; however farm conditions may require rescheduling if signficant winter/snow.

This 30-minute experience is perfect for the whole family to enjoy! You’ll be greeted by your guide, then introduced to our friendly alpacas. During the event, you’ll discover fun facts about these gentle animals, have the chance to hand-feed them (one feed bag per a ticket), and even give them a gentle pet on the neck.

Don’t forget your camera—there will be plenty of opportunities for photos and selfies with your new alpaca friends!

  • 30-minute session
  • This event is a Walk | Talk | Feed event and may involve stairs in the barn. You’ll receive one bag of treats upon arrival.
  • Gentle time meeting with the alpacas and feeding them. Note: Alpacas feeding and photo ops are over the fence, you are not inside pen with them.

Goats To Go at Great Rock Farm, 201 Pond St Georgetown, MA.

Bring/Wear:

Please bring/wear appropriate shoes and clothes for the farm, ensuring you don't mind a little dirt. This is a rain/snow or shine event. Conditions may be muddy, wet, or icy, so come prepared. This all-outdoor event is not heated, and bathroom facilities are limited. To enhance your comfort, refrain from bringing large bags or outside animals. Gravel friendly strollers and baby carriers are ok. Your readiness ensures an enjoyable and worry-free experience at our farm event.

Tickets

Children ages 0-11 are welcome with adult participation, and each attendee must have a ticket. Tickets are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to reschedule if necessary due to weather or farm conditions. Please note that advanced registration is required. Treats will be provided during check-in to enhance your alpaca farm experience.
