Enjoy Molokini during the best morning snorkel conditions while leaving your afternoon free to schedule other activities and maximize your vacation fun on Maui.

The Molokini Eco-Express departs from conveniently located Ma’alaea Harbor and cruises directly to Molokini Marine Preserve. We provide all the snorkel gear, including sanitized masks and snorkels, fins, swim noodles and other flotation devices. There’s even a "Learn to Snorkel" class for beginners!

You’ll enjoy a relaxed hour or more of snorkeling at Molokini, including a free guided reef tour by our Certified Marine Naturalists, who point out some of Molokini’s most fascinating fish and marine wildlife to you.

Arrive Early for Smooth Check-In

Check in 45 minutes before departure at the Pacific Whale Foundation Ocean Store in Ma’alaea Harbor to allow time for gear fitting and safety briefings.

Bring Reef-Safe Sunscreen

Protect your skin without harming marine life by using reef-safe sunscreen before boarding and bringing extra for after the snorkel.

BYOB—Bring Your Own Beverage

You’re welcome to bring canned or tetra pak beer, wine, or cocktails. A cooler and glasses are provided onboard to keep drinks chilled and ready.

Wear Comfortable, Non-Slip Shoes

Flat or low-soled shoes are recommended for moving safely around the deck and harbor facilities during boarding and disembarkation.
