In this hands-on Cooking Class, you’ll learn the secrets behind authentic dishes that capture the charm and romance of Parisian dining before sitting down to savour the mouthwatering feast you’ve created.

All cook & share the feast of Chicken Liver Pate de Foie Maison, French Onion Soup, Coq au vin (Chicken in red wine), Ratatouille, Broccoli & Cauliflower & Blue Cheese Gratin and Chocolate Fondant.

French Classics Cooking Class Testimonial C’est magnifique! Enjoyed another fabulous cooking course with the inspirational Riki Kaspi: The Cooking Professor. Transporting us to the villages of France and streets of Paris, we dished up the delights of French Bistro classics. Although we worked as a team, I think I can now attempt to cook: ✅ Chicken Liver Pate de Foie Maison, ✅ French Onion Soup, ✅ Coq au vin (Chicken in red wine), ✅ Ratatouille (crunchy not soggy!) ✅ Broccoli & Cauliflower & Blue ✅ Cheese Gratin (totally delicious!) ✅ Chocolate Fondant.
