About This Adventure

Progress your skills on the water!

Duration

2.5 Hours every Saturday over 5 weeks!

About

Our 5 week ‘super Grom’ progression courses were created for the avid juniors that want to focus on fast tracking their surf progression. These courses are aimed at intermediate juniors who have ideally completed one of our beginner courses or who are capable of catching and riding waves unaided.

These structured courses include classroom Theory sessions, strength and conditioning with a qualified PT, professional in water surf coaching with an ISA Level 2 coach, Video analysis and surf skate simulation training to aid the Groms in reaching their personal goals on their pathway to becoming skilled and experienced surfers. Each course finishes off with a fun surf contest and a massive sense of achievement.

All juniors are invited to take part in 'Surfing England's Grom Squad programme' Each member receives their own logbook plus certificates and badges for each level completed as we work through the program, an excellent incentive for our juniors and one that also provides extra resources for them to continue working on and improving their surfing skills during and outside of our sessions.

These courses provide coaching through all stages of their surfing journey whether its improving their pop up, catching unbroken waves for the first time, learning to duck dive or learning new manoeuvres, right through to competitive surfing techniques. We will guide them through each new challenge with positive coaching styles both in and out of the water.
