In this class we will learn how to reduce repetitive stress injuries, increase our paddling efficiency and we will also review/dial in the paddle-strokes learned in our level one Introduction to kayaking class and we will also learn a few new paddle-strokes and techniques such as:

  • Edging
  • Bracing
  • 3 different draw strokes
