About This Adventure

Join our beginner skateboard class for four engaging sessions that build essential skills in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Learn to push, balance, and even master the basics of an ollie and ramp skating. Experience the thrill of skateboarding while developing confidence and camaraderie with fellow beginners!

This class is designed for the very beginner-level skateboarder.

Our structured, small group class gives students the fundamental skills needed to progress in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment!

Class Breakdown:

  • Doors open: 9:00am
  • Warm-up: 9:00am-9:30am
  • Structured Class Curriculum: 9:30am-10:00am
  • Practice time: 10:00-10:30am

The following skills and ideas are touched on in this 4 week class:

  • How to push, and the proper stance to use
  • How to learn safely and fall correctly
  • Skatepark etiquette, and interacting with others
  • How to control your board : turning, gaining speed, balance and stopping
  • The power of positive attitude and imagination
  • The basics of an ollie
  • Ramp skating basics
  • How to drop-in

If you sign up for this class you will be given the option to practice during out Beginner Sessions times.
