An absolutely fantastic class! Riki is a very talented chef and a great teacher. She demonstrated everything and gave very clear instructions and supervision. She was very knowledgeable and answered everyone’s questions thoroughly, and was very interactive throughout. Other classes I’ve done elsewhere you just get a recipe card and get told to get on with it but this class you actually will get taught things!!! The food was absolutely delicious too!!! We are excited to book our next class.
