Join a hands-on Sourdough baking class where you'll learn to create your own signature loaves, including Classic Round Sourdough and Golden Focaccia. Guided by an expert baker, you'll master dough shaping, scoring, and starter care, all while enjoying a warm, collaborative atmosphere. Perfect for beginners and aspiring bakers alike!

Designed for the Sourdough curious, this hands-on Class is perfect for those who’ve always wanted to be armed with the tools and talent to bake fresh bread, anytime!

Working in small groups and be guided step-by-step by our expert Baker to create your own signature loaves—whether it’s a Classic Round Sourdough, Golden Focaccia or soft Dinner Rolls.

You’ll learn how to shape dough into a loaf, how to lay out and dimple a Focaccia dough, the process for forming a dough, scoring or “decorating” your loaf of bread, and the process of stretch and folds for bread dough.

We'll wrap up with a run-through of Sourdough starter care, before everyone collects their freshly baked items to take home.

Perfect for beginners or home bakers wanting to refine their craft, this Class is a warm, flour-dusted journey into one of the world’s most beloved breads.
