About This Adventure

Join a hands-on baking class to master the art of choux pastry! Learn to create airy éclairs and cream puffs, fill them with silky pastry cream, and top with glossy chocolate ganache. Perfect for all skill levels, this experience promises delicious treats and invaluable baking techniques to impress anyone.

CREAM PUFFS / PROFITEROLES This baking class offers the opportunity to learn how to make both the cream puff shell (pate e choux) and sweet pastry cream filling from scratch. Guided by your chef instructor, you will learn the steps to make the perfect pate a choux. You will use a pastry bag to pipe the pate e choux, and learn the different shapes typically used. You will then make pastry cream, and learn the different possible flavors. As the final step in the class, you will fill your baked choux with the finished pastry cream, and top each profiterole with chocolate. The class offers a surprise or two as well (e.g., cheese puff and swans). This is a hands-on class; no prior experience is needed. Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available when requested. Difficulty - Moderate.
