An hour of detailed paddle-boarding instruction. This course is designed for beginners who are new to the sport and want to start off on the right foot. This one hour class with cover paddle strokes, correct hand and body positioning, safe loading and unloading, assisted and unassisted loading in deep water, and leash use.
