The Fig Cooking School offers curated themed cooking classes and dinner experiences that celebrate Italian, Persian, Moroccan, and French traditions.
The Fig Cooking School is a specialty cooking school that stages curated themed dinners and culinary classes focused on regional and seasonal recipes. The program lineup includes Italian-focused events such as Ferragosto: Italian Celebration, pasta-centered evenings like Italian Summer Pastas, and regionally inspired menus including Northern Italian Dinner and Viva Italia. International offerings highlight global traditions with experiences such as A Night in Marrakech and Spice Market: Persia, alongside French-themed dinners like Dinner in Normandy and French Bistro Dinner.
Each event centers on a set menu that showcases authentic ingredients and traditional preparations. For example, Ferragosto: Italian Celebration features a piadina with prosciutto and arugula, a frittata cake, bucatini with eggplant caponata, and a peach crostata; Spice Market: Persia presents Javaher Polow (jeweled saffron rice), slow-cooked chicken in pomegranate sauce, Kuku frittata, and Mast-o Khiar. The Fig Cooking School programs include seasonal titles such as Early Autumn Dinner Party, Autumn Dinner with Friends, and Italian Summer Pastas, indicating a focus on menus that shift with the seasons.
The Fig Cooking School attracts guests interested in immersive dining events and educational cooking experiences. The selection of themed dinners — from Feast of San Gennaro to Oktoberfest and New Years Celebration — offers a broad spectrum of European and international cuisines. Information that describes menus and event themes is presented for each experience, enabling potential guests to choose events aligned with their culinary interests.
