About

Imagine you and a group of 25 friends/collegues on zoom, drinking wine, and learning how to make pizza at home with a box containing everything needed shipped right to your door. That’s what we do! Tony Boloney's takes you back in time when dough was made by hand, yeast didn't come from a bag, and cheese was made & pulled fresh daily. Mike, Tony Boloney's owner & Head Pizziolo will first take you through a brief history of the pizzas and the techniques used back in the day. Then you will move-on to actually making the pizza and learning how to apply all the ingredients. If you want to learn how to make pizza and are old enough to walk, then Tony Boloney's Pizza Making Classes is right up your alley! Young, old, beginners and experts are all invited and are guaranteed a fun time.

How does it work?

Tony Boloney's sends you our at-home kit, provides tracking # for each kit, then you choose the time for the live zoom class.

  1. You reserve the date along with instruction, we send you an online link
  2. You choose what class you would like, add-ons, etc.
  3. We generate a zoom link for the class or you can provide your own depending on what platform you would like to use.
  4. We schedule a 15 minutes prior mic & sound check prior to a 60 minute class.
  5. A link is generated to submit all attendees information, which also is updated with tracking numbers so you can monitor shipping progress.
  6. We invoice you for the kits and shipping.
  7. Kits are shipped, received by your team, and we conduct an awesome pizza class! We also include holding instruction along with making instructions for anyone that cannot attend but receives the kit.

Al kits include the following

Adventure Tips

Have all ingredients ready before class

Prepare your workspace with ingredients and tools in advance to fully enjoy the live, step-by-step instructions.

Use high-protein flour for best dough results

Bread or pizza flour improves dough elasticity, essential for traditional Neapolitan pizza texture.

Stay hydrated and take breaks

Pizza-making can be physically engaging—keep water nearby and pace yourself during kneading and stretching steps.

Keep your workspace clean and organized

A tidy area improves efficiency, making it easier to follow steps and preventing cross-contamination.
