We are very excited to share our authentic style of New Orleans cooking with you. Please arrive 15 minutes early so that you could get properly acquainted with your Chef and classmates! Come hungry and ready to learn some of the best-kept cooking secrets of this amazing city.

Join us for a True New Orleans style brunch! The South is known for Brunch, so let us show you how it’s done in New Orleans. Bottomless champagne, mimosas, wine, beer, sodas, and water are included. In this hands-on class, we will be making some of our favorite recipes. You will work alongside of the Chef learning the best ways to cut and prep the Holy Trinity.
The Chef will teach you to prepare a soulful menu of:
New Orleans Style Shrimp and Grits
Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce over a Crab Cake
Praline bacon (Pig Candy)
Wine, beer, sodas, tea, and water are included with your class. Classes are available every day at 10:00 am, 2:00 pm or 6:00 pm. Minimum class is 2 people with a maximum of 10 people.
Classes start promptly; arriving early helps you settle in and review recipes.
