Join the Courtyard Cocktails mixology class for an unforgettable happy hour experience! Learn to craft three signature drinks, including the iconic Sazerac, while savoring light bites and engaging stories about New Orleans' vibrant cocktail culture.   • In this highly interactive class, our guests actually cut, season and prepare a complete dinner with one of our expert chefs, and afterwards they are able to sit down and enjoy the meal they have just created.
  • These small intimate classes have a maximum of 10 people utilizing 5 cooktops. Singles may be paired with another individual.

  • Roasted Sweet Potato Bisque - Rich bisque made with Tasso (Cajun Spiced Ham), Roasted Louisiana Sweet Potatoes, Onion, Celery, Bell Pepper, Garlic, and Chicken Stock.
  • Beef Grillades and Grits - Thinly sliced Beef, stewed in a rich tomato gravy, served over Cheese Grits with poached eggs.
