Join us at Old City Kitchen as we explore proper knife skills and techniques. Chef Jeremey will take you through every step of the process, including selecting the best knife for each application, sharpening, safety, various cutting techniques, and more.
As you practice, hands on - knives, cutting mats, and various foods will be provided. Additionally, you will observe the chef make a fresh gazpacho, using the food prepared during the class, which you will enjoy at the end of the experience.
Complimentary wine for guests 21+ will be available AFTER you have finished the knife skills lesson (let's be safe!) and other non-alcoholic beverages will be served throughout the class.
