USCCA Home Defense course. Covers personal and home protection plans, self-defense firearms basics (from home defense standpoint, covers basic firearm safety), defensive shooting fundamentals (NOT the other USCCA course), legal issues, psychological issues, some gear, and training development. Personal Safety, Handgun Safety, Handgun Fundamentals, Handgun Operation, Handgun Selection, Physiological Reactions to Violent Encounters

Class Requirements For Courses That Include Time On The Shooting Range
  • Closed toe shoes are required
  • Eye and Ear protection are required (can be purchase prior to class)
  • If you are planning on using Calibers rental firearms, ammunition will need to be purchased from Calibers on the day of your class
  • Please do not wear low cut shirts
