Learn the art of handmade soup dumplings at Mei Mei, two-time winner of Boston Magazine’s “Best Dumplings.” In this 2-hour hands-on class, you’ll go beyond folding—you’ll hand-make your own dough and learn how to craft juicy, flavor-packed soup dumplings from start to finish. We’ll guide you through making dough from scratch, rolling out wrappers, folding pleats, and mastering the soup dumpling seal. Choose between our lemongrass pork or Beyond Meat vegan filling. Then, we’ll teach you how to steam them to perfection and dip them in your favorite sauces from our sauce bar. You’ll eat what you make, take home extras, and leave with the skills and confidence to recreate soup dumplings in your own kitchen.
