Learn the art of handmade noodles in an advanced cooking class! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn different styles of handmade noodles, ranging from challenging to quick dinner hacks.
You will learn the techniques for working with dough, developing gluten, and making both traditional and non-traditional styles of Asian noodles.
Come prepared to get your hands dirty, have fun, and develop your noodle-making abilities! By the end of this class, you’ll be enjoying fresh, delicious noodles made by you.
Is there an age limit? This is predominantly an adult class, and we believe parents/guardians know their kids best and are positioned to judge if they can keep up with the class and participate. However, we recommend this class to Ages 8+.

Are there gluten free noodles? No, unfortunately not. Gluten-free options are available at our dumpling classes.
How many noodles do we make in class? People are provided with enough ingredients to make 3 - 4 servings. You will both eat noodles in class and take home fresh dough to make more.
Do we eat in class? Yes, you can! Everybody cooks and eats during class. You may eat some noodles during class, or take some (or all) of them home.
Are we making noodles from scratch? Yes, this class teaches you how to make everything from scratch.
