Description

Get wrapped up and tucked into this Italian-inspired ravioli class! Finesse your fresh pasta-making skills with your little chef by your side. Then, get stuffing like a pro with two seasonal filling recipes, and chef up a classically simple sauce to finish off, before getting stuck into your parcels of deliciousness around our chef’s table. Buon appetito!

What you’ll do:

  • Perfect your pasta: Learn the art of a good dough and then rock ’n’ roll your pasta into thin sheets
  • Fill it up: learn how to pound seasonal ingredients for a show-stopping filling
  • Cut shapes: discover the art of pasta shaping, from ravioli to tortellini
  • Get saucy: develop your skills in classical sauce making to toss your lovely parcels in
  • Cook and plate your pasta to perfection
  • Rustle up a seasonal side salad
  • Take a seat at our chef’s table alongside your little chef to tuck into your filled pasta together.

What you’ll eat & drink

  • Fun-filled ravioli with a butternut squash or pea and bean filling
  • Your elegant sage and lemon or sweet tomato sauce
  • A simple side salad
  • Water is provided throughout.

What to expect:

  • Easy-to-follow demos, led by our expert teaching chef
  • Tuck into your filled pasta together around our chef's table (or pack a box to take home, if you prefer)
  • A digital recipe pack with everything you need to recreate the magic at home
  • All ingredients, equipment and aprons will be provided.
  • You’ll work alongside your little one to recreate the dishes at your cooking station.

Additional info

  • Simply book yourself a place on any of our in-person kids’ classes, and we'll give you a child's place for free!*
  • One adult and one child must cook together to complete the class (unfortunately we cannot accept more than one child per adult).
  • Our kids’ classes are only suitable for children above the age of 8 years old.
  • To keep everyone safe, children must be of an adequate height to work at the kitchen top (90cm) without the use of a stool, prop or other method of raising them.
  • The duration of the class includes teaching demos and hands-on cooking, as well as time to tuck into delicious dishes at our chef’s table.
  • Only those who are actively taking part in a class are permitted at the Cookery School. Sadly, we are unable to accommodate spectators or provide a waiting area for friends and family.
