During our Freediving Training sessions, our experienced instructors will provide you with the set up of buoys and ropes at a suitable depth. They will be coaching you, giving you guidance such as feedback on technique as well as providing your safety, and they will evaluate your abilities and adjust the training to suit your individual level. Please note: You will need to have attended a course (minimum introduction course) prior to signing up for a training session. During a course, you learn the essential skills and techniques. In a training session you can practise these skills to integrate them further.
