The course begins with a comprehensive eLearning module, delving into dive theory, safety protocols, and equalisation techniques. On Day 1, participants gather at Squids Dive Co headquarters on 41 Ocean Beach Road for an in-depth classroom session, before moving into open ocean line dives that acclimate you to real-world freediving scenarios.

The course culminates with PFI certification, an internationally recognized credential that opens doors to global freediving opportunities.
