What you’ll do:

  • Pound staple South Indian ingredients into an incredible Kerala-style curry paste.
  • Cook hot and fast, whipping up the crispiest vegetable bhajis.
  • Uncover the key to perfecting fluffy naan bread – a staple recipe everyone needs in their repertoire.
  • Dive into North Indian cuisine by learning how to rustle up a vegetarian thali, starting with a ridiculously good daal demo.
  • Learn the secret to creating perfect fluffy rice, every time.
  • Rustle up a fragrant chickpea masala, finished with plenty of fresh coriander.
  • Fry spiced okra until golden, crispy and so delicious.
  • Stir-fry tender veg with fragrant spices to create a next-level sambharo.
  • Roll up your sleeves to make traditional chapati.
  • Take a seat at our chef’s table to tuck into your epic Indian feast with a cold glass of mango lassi.

  • Easy-to-follow demos, led by our expert teaching chef
  • Tuck into your Indian feast around our chef's table (or pack a box to take home, if you prefer)
  • A digital recipe pack with everything you need to recreate the magic at home
  • All ingredients, equipment and aprons will be provided
  • You'll work at your own station to recreate the dishes demonstrated by your teaching chef

  • The duration of the class includes teaching demos and hands-on cooking, as well as time to tuck into delicious dishes at our chef’s table.
  • Only those who are actively taking part in a class are permitted at the Cookery School. Sadly, we are unable to accommodate spectators or provide a waiting area for friends and family.
