You’ll learn essential knife techniques that make home cooking safer, faster, and more enjoyable. Guided by a professional Chef, who’ll share insider tips and culinary tricks.

In this class, we’ll cover:

  • Knife safety and maintenance basics
  • How to choose the right knife for the job
  • Proper grip and cutting technique
  • Finely dicing onions, garlic, and ginger
  • Julienning carrots and brunoising root vegetables
  • Slicing mushrooms like a pro
  • De-seeding, slicing, and dicing chilies and more...

Adding your ‘perfect chopped ingredients’ to the Chefs Stir Fried Noodles dish to create a delicious dinner for all to enjoy together at the end, along with some yummy Classic Bruschetta.

Knives will be provided for the class.
