Description

The purpose of this class is to help the shooter be more comfortable with their sub-compact concealment handgun. These are the guns that would most likely be on the shooter’s person, being carried concealed, in a real-world defensive situation. Yet these types of guns are rarely practiced with due to inherent discomfort associated with shooting sub-compact handguns. The class also takes place beyond the line, which means that more dynamic shooting can be practiced, i.e., shooting while moving, unconventional shooting positions, etc. Guns in this class would include, on the smaller end, guns such as the Ruger LCP and LCP2 .380’s, Smith & Wesson Bodyguard .380, Kahr .380. On the larger end would be guns like the Glock 42, 43 and 43x and the Sig Sauer P365. Barrels 3 inches or less. Guns larger than this would not be considered as “sub-compact”.
