About This Adventure

Unleash your creativity in this hands-on cake decorating class! Guided by a chef instructor, you'll master filling, smoothing, and decorating techniques, with a focus on using piping tips. Create stunning buttercream roses to elevate your cake, making this a memorable experience for both beginners and aspiring bakers alike.

Guided by your chef instructor, you will have the opportunity to decorate your own cake. The decorating process is divided into three steps - filling and crumb coat; smooth, finished top coat; and decorations. You will learn the techniques necessary for each step, with most of the emphasis placed on the decorating step. Guests will learn what different decorating tips are used for, and how to use them with a piping bag. You will also have the opportunity to make buttercream roses to add to your decorated cake. This is a hands-on class; no prior experience is required. Difficulty - Moderate
