This 2-hour course is an in-person private lesson with a personalized agenda based on what you want to learn. Perfect for the home baker, culinary student, professional who wants to perfect a specific skill with cake and dessert baking and/or chocolate, or an adult + child activity. And if you have a baking friend who also wants to learn, the class can accommodate up to two!
