About This Adventure

Join an intimate cooking class where you’ll prepare an authentic New Orleans meal alongside expert chefs. With a maximum of 10 participants, you'll chop, season, and create dishes like Red Bean Gumbo and Bananas Foster Crepes, before savoring the delicious feast you've crafted. A unique culinary experience awaits!

Prepare an authentic New Orleans meal

  • In this highly interactive class, our guests actually cut, season and prepare a complete dinner with one of our expert chefs, and afterwards they are able to sit down and enjoy the meal they have just created.
  • These small intimate classes have a maximum of 10 people utilizing 5 cooktops. Singles may be paired with another individual.

About

  • Red Bean Gumbo - Traditional Louisiana soup made with Red Beans, Andouille Sausage, Onions, Celery, Bell Pepper, Garlic, and thickened with a dark roux.
  • Bronzed Gulf Fish with Crawfish Browned Garlic Butter - Gulf Fish seasoned with Creole spices and pan-seared. Served with a browned garlic butter sauce and topped with crawfish.
  • Creole Ratatouille – classic Ratatouille with Mirliton.
  • Bananas Foster Crepes - Classic New Orleans flambeed dessert served over crepes and ice cream
