Join two Italian sisters in a hands-on workshop to master the art of cheese-making, creating delicious Halloumi and Ricotta. Enjoy a generous cheese board featuring your creations, and take home some of your handmade cheese. Perfect for cheese lovers, this unique experience requires no prior experience—just your passion for cheese!

Learn just how easy it is to create freshly made Cheeses as part of the traditional Italian home Kitchen.

About

The Cheese makers are two Italian sisters, which have a significant family history in the Cheese making business.

In this hands-on Workshop they will guide you on how to make Halloumi and Ricotta.

Not only will you sample the Cheese you just made, you can also take home some of what you created!

Generous Cheese Board which will be served during the class:

  • Halloumi Rocket Salad: Halloumi (made in class), strawberries, walnuts and balsamic vinegar
  • Bruschetta: toasted Bread, hot Ricotta (made in class), EVO, salt and pepper
  • Skewers: grilled veggies and Halloumi (made in class)
  • Golden Halloumi: grilled Halloumi (made in class), honey and fresh mint
  • Sweet Ricotta Cannoli: Cannoli Shells, Ricotta (made in class), sugar, cinnamon, chocolate chips and pistachios
