”This was amazing—I would come back for this experience again; so deeply restful and relaxing. I felt your attentive care with gratitude.”
As a massage therapist, I focus on helping the body and mind to reset and reconnect to wholeness by letting go of deep muscle tension, stagnation, and counterproductive patterns.
With a relaxing, mindful, and compassionate touch, I use a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, Esalen deep massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, and active/passive mobilizations. Each session is tailored to your needs and goals. I find it deeply rewarding to help people relieve pain and dysfunction, deeply relax, and be more comfortable in their bodies.
Everything, including our bodies, is in a state of vibration. Sound is vibration that can induce healing through certain frequencies and resonances. Using primarily Tibetan singing bowls, I focus on producing deep relaxation, embodiment, and harmony. The bowls produce a complex set of tones that can deeply penetrate both body and mind by quieting the inner voice and touching our essential self. The fusion of massage with sound therapy can be truly profound.
