General Information
Cost of Marquee Hire – 4-Hour Period: $200
The hire fee covers the use of the marquee only.
You are welcome to use the adjacent turfed area for play activities such as jumping castles.
Please note: the turfed area is shared and available to all club patrons; it is not for exclusive use by marquee hirers.
Marquee Hire Terms
• Marquee hire is for a 4-hour period. • 30 minutes before the end of your booking must be allocated for clean-up and rubbish removal, as another event may be scheduled immediately after your hire. • If you have arranged a jumping castle, please ensure it is removed within your booking time, as the grass area must be cleared for following events. • For afternoon bookings, please be aware a morning event may be held prior. Early setup is not permitted, so please plan accordingly.
Noise Policy
For evening functions held outside: • No bands, DJs, or jukeboxes is not permitted after 10:00pm. • Only light background music is allowed, kept at low volume, and must also cease at 10:00pm. • Music inside the club for private functions is permitted until 10:00pm.
Children's Parties
• All drinks must be purchased from the bar. • Food must be ordered from The Bistro, with the exception of birthday cakes, which you are welcome to bring. • Please ensure all rubbish is placed in bins before leaving the function area.
21st Birthday Parties
We love celebrating with you! • Security hire is mandatory for 21st birthday parties and must be arranged at your own expense. • You must confirm with us that security has been booked, or we can assist you in sourcing a licensed security guard. • Failure to provide security on the day will result in cancellation of the event with no refund.
Cancellations
• Full refund or credit available with at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. • A full refund or credit will also be provided if cancellation is due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. • To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please email us directly. • No-shows will be charged the full hire fee.
