You arrive on a gravel lane where the air smells faintly of lanolin and ripening grapes. Early morning light slides across low rolling hills; the sheep are already moving, and the dogs—lean, watchful, precise—snap into action. The day unfolds with a working‑farm rhythm: a hands‑on shearing demonstration, a close look at stock handling, then the slow pivot to vineyard terraces where vines track the sun like quiet calculations.
