Doors open at 6:00am for rentals - you may arrive anytime after 6:00am and must be return by the time our store closes to return oars/paddles and lifejackets. Last rentals of the day is 3pm.

About

  • All guests must be 16+ and show valid identification upon arrival
  • All boaters must abide by State of California and/or Federal boating laws, as well as current DFW regulations. Should you be caught by local law enforcement or DFW breaking any laws, Twin Lakes Inc. D.B.A. Twin Lakes Resort shall not be responsible for any fines, imprisonment or anything else that arises from not abiding by the laws.
  • Any damage must be made known to a Twin Lakes Resort employee immediately upon return, if found to be negligent operation or destructive behavior you will be charged accordingly after management determines cause and an appropriate repair amount. There will also be great probability you will not be allowed to rent from us in the future. Charges will be based off cost of parts, labor, and lost rental times off the water, which add up quickly. Treat our equipment as if it were your own, and return it in the same or better condition than presented to you.
  • Proceeding with our rental contract, you agree to the terms stated above including all items noted in the liability waiver, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
  • Our area does not have cellular service, we do offer free wifi across the resort which you may use for calls/text/emails. We are at 7000’+ elevation, elderly, infants, and medical conditions shall take appropriate precautions due to the lack of oxygen, and strength of the UV rays.
  • Children accompanied by an adult is allowed
  • All guests must arrive with time to complete check in, sign waivers and a safety briefing
