Make Meetings Move: ASDI Conference Room Space in Murray, Utah

The ASDI Conference Room Space in Murray, Utah, is a straightforward, well-equipped private room tailored for gatherings that need a focused indoor setting without the pretense. Located inside a larger facility in Murray, it gives groups—from small teams to parties of up to 65—a place to meet, plan, or unwind between activities. The room contains an HD TV with HDMI and Apple connections, folding tables and chairs that can be arranged for classroom, boardroom, or banquet setups, and a full-size whiteboard for sketches, diagrams, and agendas. This is a practical venue for outdoor trip leaders, photography crews, corporate off-sites, and community groups who want a single space to brief teams before heading to nearby trailheads or to debrief after a day in the field. Murray sits on the edge of Salt Lake Valley with quick access to the Wasatch Range and the Jordan River Parkway; that proximity to trails and public lands makes the conference room a useful staging point for route planning, gear checks, and safety briefings. Arrive 15–30 minutes early for group set-up and contact the Events Coordinator at [email protected] for custom layouts or AV questions. The room’s durable finishes and neutral palette make it adaptable: push tables together for collaborative planning, clear a strip for equipment staging, or set up a projector feed on the TV for slides. Key features are simple but effective—HD TV (HDMI & Apple Connection), tables, chairs, and a whiteboard—so your focus stays on organizing the activity at hand. The space accommodates wheelchair access where available in the main facility; confirm specifics with staff before booking. Because it’s tied to a larger shooting and training facility, the ASDI Conference Room Space doubles as a convenient command center for ranges, instruction clinics, or private events that want proximity to supervised outdoor activities. Nearby Murray Park and the Jordan River offer short walks for breaks, and views of the Wasatch foothills remind visitors why they came to northern Utah in the first place. Booking is hourly; plan sessions that match your agenda—briefings, meals, or multi-hour workshops all fit. For larger productions, coordinate with staff ahead of time about set-up needs. Whether you’re organizing a pre-hike safety talk, a crew lunch between shoots, or a community meeting, the ASDI Conference Room Space delivers an efficient, no-nonsense place to gather in Murray. Reserve blocks for half‑day planning sessions or evening gatherings; confirm your group size (the room holds up to 65 guests) and any catering or equipment drop‑offs with the Events Coordinator in advance. The room’s uncomplicated setup makes teardown quick, so multi-shift events and back-to-back bookings can run smoothly. Small touches—sticky notes, extra markers, and an HDMI cable—save time and keep the meeting moving and efficient.
