$50.00 deposit is charged at the time of booking and is refundable if cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to your tour date
If cancellation is made within 14 days of your tour date the $50.00 deposit will not be refunded
Additionally if any cancellation is made within 48 hours of your tour date you will be charged and additional $150.00 late cancellation fee
Remaining tour balances will be collected the day of the tour in person. Credit card on file, a different credit card, or cash are acceptable payment options on the day of the tour
If wine tour booking is made within 2 days (48 hours) before the tour date, the card on file will be charged a $200.00 non-refundable deposit the same day of the booking date
