When it comes to French pâtisserie, most of us would agree that macarons are in a league of their own. This French macaron class combines technique and precision in creating perfect Italian meringue "cookies", filled with innovative fillings to give a sweet and delicate result!

In this Macaron making class, you will learn how to prepare from start to finish 4 flavors of macaron to delight your taste buds. You will learn the importance of macaronage and how it will affect the results.

Learn how to match crunchiness and sweetness: you'll become a true macaron expert!

In this class, we use the Italian Meringue which is a more stable method for making delectable macaron and is used by most pastry chefs including Chef Pierre Hermé.

Bonus! Macarons are naturally gluten-free. Made with almond flour, you can enjoy this guilt-free and safely.
