Begin with a VIP helicopter pick-up from your accommodation or Cessnock Airport, soaring over the picturesque vineyards and landscapes on your way to beautiful Tower Lodge.

Upon arrival, step into the stunning Library Room, where a Stay n' Sip Wine Educator will guide you through an exclusive private & sensorial wine tasting experience. You will taste rare, back vintage and museum wines selected specially for you from Hunter Valley boutique producers and private cellars.

Following your tasting, Tower Lodge's fine dining restaurant is mere steps away. Here, you will savour three delicious courses from their a la carte menu and a glass of wine.

• Maximum individual weight allowed is 135KG.
• Maximum combined weight limits apply on flights of 3 or more passengers.
• Passengers must notify staff if they have been scuba diving in the past 24 hours.
• No selfie sticks allowed on or around helicopter.
