Adventure tips

Arrive Early to Check InBoarding begins at the port between 10:00–10:45 AM; arrive by 10:00 if you don’t have transfers to avoid a rushed check-in.

Bring Seasickness RemediesDespite sheltered waters, open stretches can be choppy—pack patches or pills if you are prone to motion sickness.

Carry Small Cash for ExtrasKayak or sampan rides at Luon Cave and local vendors on Titop Island require cash payments in VND.

Layer for Late-Afternoon ChillEven in warm months a breeze off the bay can cool quickly during the return—bring a light windbreaker.

Recommended gear

Sun hat and UV shirt: Blocks strong midday sun while you’re on deck or exploring Titop Beach.
Waterproof sunscreen (SPF 30+): Reflective water surfaces intensify UV exposure—reapply throughout the day.
Swimsuit and quick-dry towel: For swimming at Titop Beach or using the cruise’s pool and jacuzzi.
Light windbreaker: Wind off the bay can be cool near sunset; a thin jacket keeps you comfortable on deck.
